WELCOME!
Thank you for choosing to come to Q Street Animal Hospital.
– Check-in from your car (for appts, drop offs, or pick ups).
- Call or text (541) 746-8491. If you do not get through, call again or come in. If arriving before 8am, you may either come in, or wait for a technician to come out to your car.
* We are limiting groups indoors. If there are more than 4 people in the lobby, please wait outside.
- Be sure to tell us which Spot # you are parked in.
- Checking in/out from your car reduces “traffic” in the waiting area and keeps pets calmer.
– Doctor Appts = a team member will escort you in with your pet (you have the option to wait in your car, if you’d prefer.)
– Technician Appts = a team member will bring your pet in, while you wait in your car or come into the lobby. We may ask you to wait outside until an exam room is ready for you.
*Appts are limited to 2 masked people per pet.
- You do have the option to come inside, but we encourage you to wait in your car if you can. This is another step to reduce “traffic” in the waiting area.
- To help protect you and our staff, it is still important to wear a mask in the clinic and practice social distancing. Do not come in if you don’t feel well, or have symptoms of the Coronavirus.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
