Michelle is our Practice Manager. She joined our team after being a client at the clinic with her two wonderful kitties. She said yes and we said yes (not to get too corny), and it has been a match made in heaven since then. Michelle has supervised a busy restaurant, and also worked at The Gap for a few years, so she brings great customer service skills to our clinic. She is very sweet and compassionate, and goes out of her way to help our clients and patients.
Demi has worked for many years as an animal nurse and a Certified Veterinary Technician. She is a tremendous resource of knowledge having had many years of experience in the veterinary field. Demi is a hard worker and is often one of the first staff to arrive and last to leave. She has many pets of her own. On days off, she enjoys having coffee with her friends and spending time with her family. Demi has a very gentle and compassionate way with our clients and patients. We are very glad to have her as part of our team.
Kerri has a great deal of experience as a Certified Veterinary Technician. Kerri is very active with her family in the community. She is one of the advisors for OHSET. She has two daughters that are involved in many activities such as ice skating, volleyball, and equestrian events. This keeps her very busy, and we are so lucky to have her on our team.
Mark has been with us for a number of years. He graduated from LCC with a background in horticulture and managed the Lane Community Gardens during his tenure at LCC. Mark has nearly completed his degree at OSU in Zoology. He has also been volunteering at the Raptor Center for many years. We really enjoy Mark and his calm demeanor (our clients and their pets do as well).
Elisabeth is a wonderful and caring part of our team. Prior to joining us, she worked in the human medicine field as a CNA. Now Elisabeth is a Certified Veterinary Assistant and works at our clinic in front positions as well as being an integral part of our back/treatment staff. Elisabeth is the pet mom of one bearded dragon, 3 cats, 2 ferrets, and a dog.
McKinley joined us in 2016. She is an avid conservationist and animal lover. She has a passion for wildlife rehabilitation, and volunteers at the Cascade Raptor Center. She has recently been accepted in the Veterinary Program at OSU. Her passion and focus will be exotics and avian. We have no doubt that she will be a great Veterinarian.
Mary Jane jumped in right away and has been a big help to our clinic. She has a great deal of experience with clients, and always has the animal’s best interests at heart. When she is not working, she spends her time with her husband of over 20 years, and three boys who are almost all fully grown and onto their next big adventure. Mary Jane also has 3 cats and 3 dogs at home that keep her company as well.
Megan joined us on a part-time basis while she attends school at the University of Oregon. She is pursuing a degree in Biology with the goal of becoming a Veterinarian one day. She has also volunteered and worked with several rescue groups taking care of numerous cats and dogs. She’s incredibly sweet and capable, and we are all pleased to have her here.
Trisha brings with her a lot of experience, knowledge, skill, and compassion. Prior to moving to the area, she has been busy! She served 4.5 years in the Army as a Medic and had the opportunity to spend time in Korea. After the service, she went to Vet Tech school and worked at a couple of different clinics in the Seattle area. Trisha is now a Certified Veterinary Technician, and married with a growing family, including 3 cats and 2 dogs.
Korbin primarily works as a Veterinary Assistant. He has wonderful compassion for the pets and a strong desire to understand how to help them. With his girlfriend and dog, Korbin has traveled to many of the National Parks taking in the sites and doing many hikes. Having originally been from the Bay area, he is ready to be away from traffic, take in the northwest sites, and help as many pets as possible.
Megan recently re-joined our team, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her back. She is kind, caring, and always willing to take on a challenge. Having worked at multiple clinics, she has learned so much, and is still always expanding her knowledge. She stays busy outside of the hospital with her husband, dog, and 2 cats.
Madera is the newest member of our team. She came to us having worked with animals for several years. Not only is she experienced as a Client Service Representative, but she was also a Pet Stylist at Petco for almost 3 years. She is passionate about animal medicine and plans to take online courses in Veterinary Technology. Madera is very sweet, and has fit right in with the team. We’re all extremely happy to have her on board.
Kristine joined us on a part-time basis only. She works full-time, goes to school, fills in for us on occasion, and manages to raise a family. Kristine also has several animals that she cares for including 2 dogs, cats, chickens, and 5 horses. She’s adequately skilled having worked as a technician at another hospital in the past, so we’re very thankful that she decided to join Q Street.
